Compensation
We are
compensated by commissions and fees. When life insurance, disability
income insurance, long term care insurance or financial instruments are
purchased we are compensated by commission. Our compensation is
affected by amount purchased, vendor chosen, and other factors. We
are willing to disclose all direct compensation. Please feel free to
ask if this is of interest to you.
We
provide full service retirement plan design, administration services,
consultation, communication, and advice for a fee. For more

Projects
which are to be provided for a fee are set forth in a written engagement
letter. We charge on an hourly basis plus expenses. We will estimate
our fee in advance and provide you a reasonable period of time to review
and decide whether to proceed.
We
provide an engagement letter, outlining our understanding of our engagement
and our anticipated compensation. This letter is assumed to renew
automatically unless specific notification to the contrary is
provided. We want to work with you to have a successful client and
advisor relationship.

Company of America, Pittsfield, MA, a wholly owned stock subsidiary of The
